Is hemp legal?

Yes! Hemp is Legal. The 2018 Farm Bill Act established hemp as a federally legal commodity. At Magu Maiden Farms, we grow and supply hemp products made from industrial hemp grown in accordance with state and federal laws.

What is CBD?

Cannabinoidal (CBD) is a phytocannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. It's one of 113 identified cannabinoids and makes up about 40% of the plants extract. CBD affects receptors on the body's endocannabinoid system.

Will CBD get me “high”?

No. Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the compound in hemp that can create psychoactive effect. Our products contain less than 0.3% THC, which is not enough to produce a psychoactive effect.
